Oingo Boingo prononcé : [ɔɪŋɡoʊ_ˈbɔɪŋɡoʊ] était un groupe de new wave américain formé par l'auteur-compositeur Danny Elfman en 1979. Le groupe est issu d'une troupe de théâtre musical surréaliste précédemment dirigée par Elfman, The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo.
